4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Cryptocurrency payment discounts are applied automatically at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination. Halo Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Unopened products in original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of research compounds. Damaged or incorrect shipments will be replaced or refunded upon verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
Halo Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
