PTD-DBM is a cell-penetrating peptide conjugate designed to activate the Wnt/Ξ²-catenin signaling pathway in hair follicle dermal papilla cells. The protein transduction domain (PTD) enables cell penetration, while the Dishevelled-binding motif (DBM) disrupts the CXXC5-Dvl interaction, activating Wnt signaling. Research has demonstrated promotion of hair follicle neogenesis and acceleration of hair growth in preclinical models.
